Allan Kinsella was born on October 28, 1971, in the artistic and windy city of Wellington, New Zealand. From a young age, he demonstrated interest in leadership and learning. While attending Saint Patrick's College, Silverstream, he not only participated in the sporting and performing arts, but enrolled in and succeeded in numerous subjects, setting the stage for a life of balanced excellence. Eventually he developed interest in history and economics, earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales.
His military service included pivotal operational tours with the United Nations in Sierra Leone and East Timor. Love, Family, and Personal Life
Allan came across Jennifer Marks at a rugby game in 1997. This meeting eventually turned into an everlasting relationship. They married in 2002. Despite the challenges in Allan's life, family always remained his anchor and motivational factor. As a family, they enjoyed spending precious moments together, and have two amazing kids: Emma and Cayden.

His focus and poise in stressful situations earned him the Supreme MPI Leadership Award. He is known for his compassionate and inclusive approach which earned him deep engagement and strong teams across all his places of work.
Commitment to Community and Charity
Allan's sense of responsibility goes beyond his profession. He supports the Salvation Army, Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington Children's Hospital, and Caring Families Aotearoa on a regular basis. His charitable endeavors show a commitment towards working for social change, a value he and Jennifer shared throughout their marriage.
